Shipping Policy

At Ro & Sunny, each order is handmade with care. Some items are ready to ship, while others are made to order, which means every piece is created just for you.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

For made-to-order items, please allow up to 2 weeks for creation before your order ships. Processing time may vary slightly depending on the number of active orders at the time of purchase.

If there are any unexpected delays, I’ll reach out to keep you informed.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Orders are shipped via standard flat rate shipping within the U.S.

Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment

Expedited shipping: Available upon request, please email roandsunny@gmail.com before purchasing to confirm availability.

Shipping costs are based on weight, size, and destination and will be displayed at checkout.
Occasional free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on the homepage or product listings.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by location and carrier.
Please allow extra time for rural addresses, Alaska, or Hawaii. International shipping is not currently available, but I hope to add it soon.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact me as soon as possible at roandsunny@gmail.com.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled but may qualify for a return according to the Return & Refund Policy.
