Returns & Refunds

I want you to love what you ordered. Each piece is handmade with care, but if something isn’t right, please reach out within 15 days of receiving your order so we can talk through a solution.

Eligibility
Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them. Because everything is made in small batches, returns and exchanges are handled case by case. I’ll do my best to make sure you’re happy.

How to start a return
Email roandsunny@gmail.com with your order number, photos if needed, and a short note about the issue. If a return is approved, I’ll send a return label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval can’t be accepted.

Custom, digital, and sale items
Custom commissions, patterns, and sale pieces are final sale since they’re made or delivered just for you.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or not as described, email me right away so I can make it right.

Refund timing
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Custom Orders

I love bringing personal ideas to life. Custom pieces usually take one to two weeks depending on materials and design. If you’d like to commission a piece, email roandsunny@gmail.com with your concept, colors, and timeline. I’ll confirm details and pricing before work begins.
